Great. The massage was fantastic and really helped relieve pain in my shoulders, working out a lot of knots. It wasn't painful, she paid great attention to the pressure I could handle and answered all the questions I had about what she was doing. I even mentioned that I had a sore neck and I was given fantastic exercises free of charge.

I have been visiting Sarah now for close to six months & she has been invaluable in helping me through my injuries & rehabilitation.
Her knowledge & experience is evident as she is able to diagnose & provide effective treatment plans for me which have seen a substantial reduction in pain & clear improvements in the injuries I've had.
She really takes the time to understand what is wrong & undertakes a thorough examination before any treatment is undertaken. A combination of sports massage & a handy app treatment plan make it easy for me to keep on top of the exercises I have to do & the results have been great.

Sarah at Total Restore is a true professional. Informative, thoughtful and always willing to advise on ways of improving beyond the treatments she can provide. Having received treatment and following Sarah's instructions for the past few months I have seen a massive improvement in the condition of my injured peroneus muscles in my left leg. 10/10

Exceptional experience. Sarah explained everything really clearly, made me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. The acupuncture was great and has definitely helped. Looking forward to seeing more benefits as the treatment continues.
