My first facial since restrictions eased a little, oh how I've missed it! Emma was her usual happy, friendly, professional self. The venue was clean, comfortable and calm, as usual. Plenty of hand sanitiser available and Emma was wearing her face mask and offered to conduct the treatment whilst wearing gloves, if I preferred. The treatment was fabulous, just so relaxing! Emma tailored the products to my skin needs. Would thoroughly recommend.
