Isabel was brilliant, she did a consultation at the start to get to know my skin concerns before starting on the treatment itself. She kept checking to make sure I was comfortable during the steamer / extraction phase etc. My skin felt much better by the time I left, and I had recommendations of a new moisturiser as my current isn’t working for me. Already looking forward to the next one and have confidence in treating my skin now!
