This place is hit and miss. I've been here dozens of times and mostly pleased with the service but this time I had a new person doing my manicure, she was nice and chatty (unlike the others) but was very slow and when it came to paint my nails she was shaking uncontrollably and messed the polish up. She had to ask a colleague to redo it. I was there for 1.5hrs - not pleased.

Had to wait 30mins despite appointment. My nails were done in such a rush that the vanish on some of them Wasn't finished properly and the previous colour I had on wasn't removed well so after the acrylic was applied you could still see it on the sides... :/
