Well sadly I have nothing positive to say. I had a full set of gel nails done and in less than a week nails started falling off - which looked awful on my holiday. On returning to the salon the staff were unbelievably rude about repairing my nails insinuating that I damaged them on purpose! They tried to make out as though I was lucky for them to fix the terrible job and even told me I would have to pay £10 for a colour change. Despite having already paid £32 for nails that didn't even last a full week. I will never return here. I felt very upset as they kept speaking in their language which was rude and intimidating. At one point I was even told "Oh Whatever!" when trying to explain that gel nails should last a lot longer. When repairing my nails they tried to use Acrylic powder knowing full and well my nails were gel, it was lucky I noticed. Another thing is they don't even use the UV lamp to cure the gel nails so don't waste your money as it's probably not genuine gel they are using anyway.
