I booked my appointment by treatwell as normal and when i arrived the lady told me she tried to call me, which was a lie as i had no miss call and i showed her my phone with no miss calls from her. No apology but informed me to either come back another day or wait ao i decided to wait. 45 minutes later , my turn came but it seems they kept everyone waiting 30-45 mins. Once my turn came , she was very harsh on my nails with the tools and she was burning my nail beds.. she was very quick but she didnt do a good job on them. To save money they only put one coat of varnish on your nails unless you ask for 2. They also tried to sell items to you like shellac and replacing tips that they break off.
One of the worst places to go to.
Cheap place - horrible service - nothing special.

From start to finish it was pretty shambolic. I left it fairly last minute but I booked in to have a two week pedicure in my lunch break. 15 minutes before my appointment I recieved a call to say they couldn't see me at that time so I suggested after work. I got there at 6.15pm to be greeted rudely asking if I had an appointment. I explained that I booked through treatwell and had spoken to someone earlier but they both just looked at me then finally asked me to take a seat. 20 minutes later they sat me down but I told them it was a pedicure I booked they were still very confused and grunted at me to sit in another chair. The lady then proceeded to take off my old shellac with an electric file. I asked her if she could do it by soaking it off so it wouldn't damage my nails as much but told me that it was not possible. She trimmed my nails put the gel back on and a rushed 10 minutes later I was on my way. They were rude, unorganised, unprofessional and very expensive. I definitely won't be returning.
