Scheduling issues with two other clients occurred whilst I was having my treatment which affected the atmosphere somewhat. The surroundings were quite basic and slightly uncomfortable. The manicure wasn't the best I've had but it passed as an acrylic manicure. Will be looking elsewhere.

Long waiting time despite having an appointment.
Also the result is very sloppy. Lot of overpainting and the colour was applied too often to look natural. Usually they do great work but it really depends on who's doing the gel nails.
