Been here 4 times now and it’s always such a treat! All the staff are warm, friendly and professional. My nails are so perfect and beautiful every time. The atmosphere is great, always good music playing. Seats are comfortable and everything always clean and hygienic. 10/10 every time

Booked this venue because it was close to work and I was going on holiday the next day. I would say the pedicure is ok but not “Deluxe”. My feet didnt have that perfect pedicure look and smooth feel after. It looked like I’d done it myself at home to be honest. Also the manicurist spilled green foot cream all over my black suede shoes!! It was an accident and she apologised but they didnt offer me any compensation like a 20% discount on my next visit. Thats shows a disregard for retaining customers

I managed to get an appointment very last minute for a colour change on my nails & blow dry.
Luckily for me I had both appointments with Salon Managers! Giap-Le consulted on which appointment I wanted first and was flexible with my request to have the 💅🏽before blow dry, so that my nails could dry fully while I was receiving my hair treatment.
His cousin manages the upstairs nail salon and was very warm and friendly. There are a couple of bubbles in the manicure and it’s not perfect around the edges, but I’m just pleased they managed to fit me in so last minute. One nail chipped the same day but that’s because I’ve been having gel manicures for months with no break in between treatments.
Giap is an award winning hair dresser and stylist who has travelled internationally to do hair for prestigious clients, such as all the top designers during Fashion Weeks around the world.
Both managers were a joy to meet and I’m looking forward to returning! Fabulous location as it’s close to where I work. Thank you!
