Lovely as usual - got a shellac pedicure as well as my normal nail treatment, it been 2 weeks and my toes still looking beautiful, and they were accommodating and professional- plus my toes were an absolute mess, so they sorted me out nicely! I will be bringing my friend in with me next week so she can experience of relaxation

I was very excited to try the SNS dip colour on my nails for the first time ever but unfortunately the results are disappointing. I expected for the finish to be more durable than a gel manicure but 2 of my nails chipped on day 4 and that’s due to the fact that the edges were not sealed properly and lifted. The whole appointment felt very rushed and the gentlemen who did my nails did not pay much attention to hygiene either. (He used his own long nail to push my cuticles back!!!, no gloves etc. and used one SNS dip pot for multiple customers to dip their nails into). Don’t get me wrong, everyone was very nice and attentive (including the owner), I was offered a drink, a chair massage and apologies for the wait but the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
I had a gel manicure done at the same time as the SNS dip colour on my nails and although the overall finish was great on the day, one of my nails chipped on Wednesday and I had the pedicure done the Friday before. That’s not even a week and my gel pedicures usually last at least 4 or 5 weeks. I’m currently on holiday with 2 chipped nails and one chipped toe having paid over £80 for the service. Not a happy bunny!
