Lovely nail salon with beautiful decor and so many colours to choose from (for gel manicured at least!) My nails and cuticles were a mess, but Nam took the time to sort them properly and make sure I was happy with the shape. I love my acrylic nail with gel on top and my heart design by Nam, I'll definitely be back!

Brilliant service. Giap picked up very quickly that I was not only unhappy with a string of previous haircuts but that I was also probably bored with my hair in general, too. He was very attentive, He listened to everything I said, he checked on my thoughts numerous times throughout the haircut. Loved the hair - honestly the best service and the best cut I've had since I moved to London. I felt listened to, rather than a just 'another day, another customer' or that they needed to finish fast for a customer after me, as I've felt in so many other places. Every staff member were super friendly and welcoming. I will 100% be coming back here.

I had to wait for a while before I could get both treatments.
I asked for a nail design & was told it was going to cost an extra £10 which is a lot on top of the money I already spent.

I booked which seemed pointless as I then sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the appointment. Paid for a luxury manicure, struggling to see what the luxury part referred to. My nail varnish peeled off the very next day. - very diappointing
