Very happy with my infills, this was the 1st time I’ve visited this salon and I love the result. I did a sheer color with black tips and they are done perfectly- she also talked me through the difference of dipping nails which I will try next time

Worst nail experience ever. She cut me in the beginning and continued to do my nails. She then cut me on two other fingers. I tried to wash the blood off but it had dried into the nail???? It started bleeding so much then she put alcohol on top and proceeded to paint. I had already paid online so I couldn’t even say I won’t pay or get a discount. She even had the nerve to say I can pay £8 extra for gel. She painted my nails so badly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I believe if I went to an animal shop I would have got better service. The girls were both rude and didn’t do the work properly, they didn’t cut my nail straight but they did massacred my fingers. I was bleeding from all my fingers due to the aggressiveness they done them with. Not happy at all. I also saw many customers leave after seeing the customer service given to me and other customers.
AVOID!
I once went there they speak in their language nonstop that is so rude in front off the customers no good service very slow and over priced they took £200 for highlights
