Was terrible, the workers were so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Prices too high for very low quality and it took them 3 hours for manicure and pedicure with shellac which normally takes 1h30m maximum. They were not dedicated into doing a good job at all, it looked like they couldn’t be asked to work. I had few complaints while getting my nails done and all I got back was bad attitude from them. I left the place very disappointed with the work they done. NEVER AGAIN

I have come here on 3 occasions prior and i came with no issues other then hearing the same lame excuse that my hair is thick and long, but i have always paid £30. Returning back for the usual i booked online as their £30 wash, cut & blow was advertised. After finishing my hair and my daughters this hairdress who cut my hair started to EXTORT! £75 as i was under the assumption that both would total to £50 but apparently she tipped herself and made the lame excuses that i mentioned earlier, extremely rude and adamant that i pay her £75 and i refused and remained calm. Its only when other customers started to vouch for me she accepted £50 but banned me and said i should never come back which is perfectly fine, as i choose not to give in to pressure and let this person extort my money like how dare she tip herself because other people do. BEWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS.
The lousy service made my hair worse after a day while I had to pay more than 200 pounds as well as I came first but had to sit and wait for them to take the next guest. I advise people not to go there and the staff here is very unprofessional
Great mani for the price, was offered tea and overall had a good experience. Was slightly put off by the bad reviews before going but they are absolutely not made out. My tech even took the time to figure out how to put mail stickers on that I brought with me.

i usually come to this salon alot for my nails, i had a decent experience however for the first time my nails all had cracks appearing within 4 days. every single nail has a crack, im not sure what has caused this as ive never had this issue before and the nails are not snapped but have visable cracks on the under layers. ive not done any heavy work or anything i dont normally do between my fills. really disappointed as i spent a decent amount of money. hoping this was a one off issue
