First appointment was great, nice hair cut and
blow dry.. could not have complained. Left the
salon happy. Came back a week after to get a
fringe. As first hair cut I had was long curtain
bangs (was satisfied) always wanted to try a
fringe and since the first appointment went
great I trusted in the hairdresser. I arrived with
my mum (she had an appointment too) on time
and the hairdresser was occupied with another
customer. We were not greeted so we just sat on
the couch then we were approached in like
15-20 mins. I agreed my mum goes first. The
hairdresser was spinning between my mum and
the lady having the highlights. Came turn for my
appointment after he was done with my mum.
He began discussing with me the type of fringe I
wanted, only that he didn't quite listen neither
asked what type of fringe I would like. He began
to part my hair - using the thick side bangs - he
parted my hair - nearly from the middle of my
head…. and more hair from the sides. as he
was measuring what he'd cut ... I was advising
that l'd like my fringe to be longer from sides.
not all the way same length…. I believe he did
not hear me and in one go proceeded to chop
third of my hair to make a fringe. (I wish I could
attach pictures of the outcome) I of course the
humble person I am, continued to look satisfied
throughout the whole experience. I also had to
remind the hairdresser I booked a hair wash
and blow dry.. once my fringe was cut I had to
wait for him to deal with the lady that was
having her highlights done.
.. her hair got
washed first then mine… then she had hers
dried and eventually after siting with wet head
for a while it was my turn (bear in mind - lady
couldn't have the full experience of her
application either as the hairdresser wasn't
paying full attention to neither of us) ... so the
whole point of the feedback. I came back home
and didn't even wear my fringe down……. I kept
looking what was done with my hair… and I
don't need to be a hairdresser to understand
who on earth one begins to make a fringe from
so high up! Literally third of my hair was gone
just to make a fringe and my hair is thick!
There's not even shape, it looks even worse than
lever intended to cut my own hair ... seriously
disappointed…I left smiling but myself an my
mom kept thinking why would you take so many
customers if you cannot handle and manage
your time. Had a terrible haircut and believe it
was caused because you had another customer
and her highlights to take care of throughout
the whole time myself and my mom had our
appointments booked…… seen so many videos of
professionals cutting a fringe…. not a one did
what was done to my hair. Spent Eff for hair
accessories to keep the awful fringe up. looks
like half of my hair is gone. Maybe he was a
good hairdresser but too greedy in getting a lot
of customers and not giving quality time for
each customer.
