My hair is completely ruined, I booked half a head of highlights and what I got was the top half of my hair was bleached. So much bleach was used and I now have damaged, yellow straw like hair. Products used are cheap and the lady doing highlights has clearly never done highlights before. I’ve had to spend double getting it sorted and I am devastated that my long hair is now short and extremely damaged

To be fair, the hair outcome was good. But I didn’t understand that I had to pay an additional £40 on top of my treatment to get highlights done. The drop downs need to be more specific which they were not
