Paulo was not the most friendly hairdresser I have come across. He was very abrupt when I was explaining what I wanted. He said ‘I have other clients after you’ when I was trying to clarify what I wanted. I felt pretty unwelcome at that point. But I had prepaid so I tried to be polite and in the end it was alright. But the initial consultation would put me off going back.

I want to tick all the boxes, but I came out of the salon delighted. Lovely haircut from Marcelo who tookk care to make sure it was what I wanted from start to finish, to give good advice and very friendly. Really good overall :)
