This is the second time I have done my balayage with Paulo, and I absolutely loved it. He listened to what I wanted, explained the options to me, pros and cons, and guided me through the process. I would definitely recommend.

Paulo was not the most friendly hairdresser I have come across. He was very abrupt when I was explaining what I wanted. He said ‘I have other clients after you’ when I was trying to clarify what I wanted. I felt pretty unwelcome at that point. But I had prepaid so I tried to be polite and in the end it was alright. But the initial consultation would put me off going back.
