This was my first time getting the treatment. The staff member was very informative, calm, reassuring and all you would want with this kind of treatment. The health centre isn't what you would expect as it is more like a clinic but is very professional, clean, friendly. The treatment itself lasted about 45mins. Its never going to be comfortable, I am still feeling tired from it, but hopefully I can see the benefits over next few days. I would come back here if I opted to do this treatment again. My only issue is actually with Wahanda. The past two occasions I have pre-paid for a service the supplier has not been notified of this, ends up with me looking through emails and bank statements for proof. Embarrassing.
The place is more a medical/Doctors clinic than a beauty salon, so therefore there was no music (all you can hear is the traffic and downstairs people talking, and lots of people waiting to see the doctor. It was also a little cold in the room as well).
The treatment was very simple, but I found the touch of the beautician alittle too light for my liking, but she did a good job and left 45min (it wasn't really a 1 hour treatment). Place was clean and tidy, and paid for a treatment that was straight forward.
I had a fantastic colonic with the Angel of Water system, certainly the best one I've ever had! The lady administering the treatment was a registered nutritionist and gave me lots of advice and insight. She was really caring and professional, and focused on me having a good experience. She said she had been a nurse for 20 years, and it showed! The room was comfortable and clean, and the TV was a welcome distraction. The clinic has a Polish clientele and staff, it is more a medically-orientated place and possibly not somewhere to go to be pampered per se, but all the staff were lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend.
I am so incredibly glad I found this place. Dr Malgorzata is so lovely, friendly & genuine. She gave me great advice and was very gentle with the procedure. Her work is phenomenal and if there was a 10 star option I'd definitely give it to her! As long as she is working here I will always go back to her. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Couldn't recommend more highly!
