Very friendly and helpful lady who helped me through my first session of colonic hydrotherapy. Explained everything and put me at complete ease.
A little disappointed with the treatment (I expected some degree of visible improvement) and offhanded manner of the lady who carried out the treatment. While professional I found her a little cold and unwelcoming.
Very professional though lovely lady who assisted me during colonic hydrotherapy. I felt so good afterwards and I will go back to have it done again and will also try other treatments as all the staff felt nice and really well trained. Thanks a lot.
This venue and the therapist are great I have been a few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else for colonic! The problem is wahanda are incapable of syncing with the venue - they've given me a slot which is actually taken every time! So my advice is to call this salon directly (defeats the object of wahanda but it's the most reliable way as the reception staff are really helpful)
This was my first time getting the treatment. The staff member was very informative, calm, reassuring and all you would want with this kind of treatment. The health centre isn't what you would expect as it is more like a clinic but is very professional, clean, friendly. The treatment itself lasted about 45mins. Its never going to be comfortable, I am still feeling tired from it, but hopefully I can see the benefits over next few days. I would come back here if I opted to do this treatment again. My only issue is actually with Wahanda. The past two occasions I have pre-paid for a service the supplier has not been notified of this, ends up with me looking through emails and bank statements for proof. Embarrassing.
