It was the first time i had my hair cut in the UK and my experience with Heshw was just amazing. She is friendly, very polite and very skilled. She understood immediately what i wanted and what is possible to do with my hair.
Unfortunately my nails look like they had polish applied by a 5y old and on top of that, the receptionist decided to take the air blow machine away from me without even asking if i was happy and if the nails were dry. They obviously weren't.

Staff was really friendly and cooperative..Tarn was professional and did an amazing pedicure while checking what my feets needed. His hand was gentle. Will definitely book again soon :)

Amazing professional service. I felt comfortable and safe - everything was in line with covid saftey regulations. The head massage during the wash was very relaxing and the cut itself was exactly how I wanted it.
