Arrived at the salon to no greeting whatsoever! Just stares from both hairstylist and customers, I felt very uncomfortable. Amy (I knew it was her from the photo) then came up to the reception desk and was the only one who asked if I was there for an appointment. She offered me water because I was sneezing due to my hay fever, so kind of her. Amy finished doing my nail in 40 mins which was good-just hope they last.
