While this appointment was amazing prior to change of management, I can say that the camera and audio will hopefully reveal that the treatment towards me during my appointment on August 15th was very inconsiderate and that I was the one being yelled at and treated rudely by reception staff that day. There were no tears, except from me because I was touched and treated inappropriately. The waxing took longer than said in the booking and is still incomplete. There was no rude language used.
Ann is a very sweet person but was dishonest about her experience on Hollyw wax. I was in the room for 1.5 hours and I am still not waxed. I had Amy before and there was never any problem, plus she is amazing. Ann and the receptionist that day were very rude. I was treated like a child and yelled at. Because I was not happy with the incomplete service I was asked to not come back, plus the receptionist asked me to take down my pants to show her which was very uncomforting. I used to love Bhueti
Upsetting service, extensions got loose in a week, then lost 3of them in no time.One if my nail even got fungus. I went back today for removal and just get nail polish. I mentioned that my extensions were poorly done. They apologised and still charged on me even £2 extra. Not about satisfying a customer for sure
