Kiara is amazing! She listened carefully to my ideas and immediately understood exactly what I wanted!! It was honestly mind blowing to me! She is very knowledgeable and (as she noticed I was nervous about finally changing my haircut) she took the time to explain her work, which I found extremely reassuring! I finally have the haircut I wanted for years and I will be coming back for a color change too!

The worst haircut I’ve ever had. Hair chopped off without any care. But it gets worse - the blow dry. Just my subjective option. What’s an objective fact is my uneven fringe. I kept asking to adjust it but it was just getting worse and shorter and more uneven… wish I could upload a picture for everyone to see. Gionina (the hairdresser) didn’t seem very happy. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe she was in a bad mood - either way very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
