I usually have Lisa to do my Apres extensions and she’s amazing! Lisa knows I have a disability resulting in limited mobility in my arm and she’s so accommodating. Even though I booked with Lisa someone else did them, and he said he couldn’t do it because of my arm. I insisted and he did it but was rude about it. Half way through the ceiling started dripping on me and I was moved to a different dirty table that wasn’t cleaned. No one cared about the leak in the ceiling and it left a puddle.
