I’m a regular and I chose a specific technician for my manicure, but at the salon my usual technician was not there and a lady (which I assume is the owner?) took over. I completely understand that the technician might be unavailable, but I would have appreciated being told. She was not too polite and her work wasn’t precise at all. Then another collegue took over who seemed to know what he was doing more. It was the first time after the change of ownership and I am not satisfied unfortunately.
Firstly, Lisa doesn’t even work there anymore so that should be changed.
This shop massively overcharges for the level service they provide. I had to go home and fix my nails myself because there were so many mistakes made.
