I’m generally happy with both the colourist and the stylist who cuts my hair, and the colour correction was ultimately done well.
That said, there was a hiccup when the wrong shade was applied to my roots, despite me clearly mentioning that I don’t use that tone. My roots darkened, and it took a few follow-ups over the week to have it corrected. It was handled in the end, but the process could have been smoother.
I also asked for the exact colour formula being used, as I’m travelling back to my home country. I was told this information can’t be shared, which surprised me, as Toni & Guy salons I’ve visited in other countries/ continents have always been happy to do so.
One small detail: after root colouring, my ears are sometimes left with dye on them. A bit more thoroughness at the wash stage would really elevate the experience, especially at premium prices.

I have just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Lottie.
Lottie was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process and did a great job, had a root colour.
She is a brilliant hairdresser and is an extremely competent professional, as well as a lovely welcoming human being.
