Kayci did my hair for the second time and she was very professional. She asked me what I wanted and suggested some changes on how to finish my cut- instead of a blow dry we went for drying it curly as it's my natural hair. The cut was executed very well and I got the length I wanted but I didn't like it the way the curly products were applied and my hair was dried. As someone with curly hair who follows the method, I didn't like how my hair looked at the end. I know I should have said something before leaving the salon but I was so overwhelmed with how I looked that I left and washed and styled when I arrived home. It was the second time I got my hair dried curly- first time at T&G, and deffo I want let anyone do it again unless they ask how I do it at home and do it as I do.
It was my first time, everyone has been so welcoming, professional and friendly!! Excellent customer service!! Especially a big thank you to IGBALLE- hair cutting for the amazing hair cut, she is very experienced. My curly and messy hair after the hair cut look incredibly shiny and defined, so thankful and happy!
Although, it was late evening IGBALLE kept smiling make you feel welcome, she really enjoyed her job!

I had a haircut today with Var and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She truly listened to what I wanted and made sure she understood every detail before starting. It felt like she genuinely cared about achieving the best result for me. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the whole appointment. My hair turned out exactly how I envisioned it, even better actually.
I have tried a few salons around Putney and have never felt fully satisfied, but I think I finally found the one. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the service was professional, and Var has such great attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
Overall It has been a pleasure to be attended by Mrs Igballe and before the appointment to have my concerns listened by Christof and another lovely lady which unfortunately I do not remember her name. My apologies;) Mrs Igballe was very professional, attentive, warm and ultimately she really picked a great colour for me. No more to add. A great experience which I will definitely repeat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind! I was a bit nervous as this was my first time having my hair cut alone, but Igballe (the hairdresser) was gentle and reassuring. I could tell that she cares a lot about her customers.
The massage was very soothing and so was the shampoo! I was also pleasantly surprised to be offered a cup of tea, which was very good and added to the peaceful ambience of the salon.
The haircut was amazing and I left feeling much prettier than I did when coming in. Thank you so much!
