First to admit I only visited the venue a couple of times. However each time my technician was running late (something I wouldn’t mind on a weekend however during the week I have a busy and precise schedule). Another member of staff commented that the beauty team regularly run late, so this wasn’t unusual. Also, be prepared for you to not be the only person in the room being treated (I was not). Also my lashes only lasted 1 week, multiple (rather than individual) had been stuck on together.

Honestly the most amazing salon I have been to! Sandra was absolutely lovely and made me feel SO comfortable! The whole process was easy and enjoyable Sandra really took her time and always ensures each wax is such a high standard! It can be sometimes awkward getting waxed however, Sandra made me feel super comfortable! I’d 1000% continue coming to this salon!

This was my first wax, and after my appointment with Sandra it won’t be my last. Sandra was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. The process was no where near as painful as I expected it to be and my legs are now beautifully smooth, not a hair in site. I’ll definitely book a wax with Sandra again
