Didn’t say a word to me. Pushed the cuticles on dry nails and the shellac is already not in great co diction after only 4 days. Very disappointed

I went for a normal polish manicure. First, they range of colours was really poor. It is summer and most of the colours were dark sad ones... I have to finally choose an average red as it was the only nice colour. Claudia was nice and the manicure was good enough, great detail when cutting cuticles. My surprise was when I saw she did not apply a base coat before the polish. I asked her, she said no need, I assumed she knew better. Now, 6 days after, just removed the nails and all are stained!
