Great lashes. Treatment room is small room and underneath a hair salon, sometimes with another client having a service in the same room, but I’ve been 2 or 3 times now and always love the result, so am not too bothered about a fancy experience!

Appalling customer service. I called the salon over a dozen times and texted half a dozen messages in the space of 3 hours after I had just spoken to someone on the phone to book my appointment and they ignored every single one of my calls and didn’t even call me back or reply to my messages at all.
