I've been visiting TL professional for years now and never any issues! Sadly not a pleasant experience with Ana today. It was my first time having her - She was quite rough and both my manicure and pedicure look quite sloppy!

I got biab nails done a month ago here and quite liked them but getting them removed has been a terrible experience.
I don’t get biab often so wanted the removal to be gentle to keep my natural nails as healthy as possible.
The biab was removed with a nail file machine only rather than soaked off. It hurt at parts where it felt like the file was burning me and nail bed is now sensitive. My natural nails are ruined. Extremely weak, tips are bendy and see through and uneven colour from filing.
