Really disappointed with the whole experience. Booked in for a service, they then overcharged me without any prior warning. I have now had the nails on for a few hours and my fingers are sore, feel infected and I’m debating going back tomorrow for advice as they are really swollen.

Walked in and was seen to straight away my mani pedi is exceptional will definitely be back again.

Booked a toe file and polish. I walked in and they asked me to sit down without asking my name or what I’m there for. After waiting for half an hour without anyone having asked me anything and while other people that came after me were acknowledged and started their treatments, I asked a therapist how long more I would wait for just a file and polish. They weren’t aware of my booking and although I was sat there for that long, no one bothered to ask me what I was waiting for.
