I spent 70 minutes at the salon. 50 waiting for an appointment that I was on time for and 20 for the actual pedicure. The guy did a fair amount of work scrubbing my feet but spent less than 2 min on the ‘leg massage’, where lotion was applied and then immediately wiped off with a warm towel. I’m not even sure a base coat was applied to all 10 toes. Definitely not worth the £30 charged. I believe they were understaffed, but no wait times were communicated to the clients.
