Stan is simply the best, he makes you feel at ease and really helps with any injury's. His knowledge is fantastic, he is ridiculously strong and I really couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Stan is keeping me physically fit and mentally well through my 1/2 marathon training. I couldn't do it without him. Thank you Stan.

Nothing I can add that has not already been said in previous reviews. Had a deep tissue massage expertly carried out but Stan. The whole experience, from arrival to departure, went beyond expectations. Stan's knowledge and his manner go along way to making this one of the best massages I have ever had....and did exactly what it was meant to. No hard sell for other treatments or classes but recommendations, so the choice is yours. Will definitely be returning.
