Had a great deep tissue massage. Stan focused on the areas that were causing me most pain and also looked at the cause of the pain. He gave me some good advice on how to stretch too.

Had a great massage with Stan - really needed for someone working from home! He taught me some stretching exercises to improve my posture as well. Studio was clean, mask wearing, all good!
