I have been visiting Tila for a long time now and I cannot fault her, she's amazingly talented, professional and extremely particular - she only wants all her clients to leave the salon happy! She's an absolute dream, I can promise you'll never leave this salon dissapointed!

After my third appointment here I realised the drill they were using to take my gels off was completely destroying my nails, previously I had such strong long nails and finally by my third appointment they were paper thin and every single of of them started splitting far down causing a lot of pain. Be careful, this may seam obvious to a lot of people but wasn’t the case for me. I know the drill is fast and easy but I paid the price!

This is the worst gel manicure experience I've had in London in 10 years. She went at the cuticles without soaking them first and after the first one wouldn't stop bleeding she refused to trim the rest so they look a mess still. When I asked why she didn't soak them first she said she didn't have time. Very disappointed and unimpressed.
