My first time attending Tila nails and my first time using Treatwell as it was gifted to me.
I arrived slightly late due to traffic and parking. I did call Tila nails twice in advance to let them know that I was going to be late but on both occasions no answer which was frustrating. Rang the third time I got a text from them. I was able to explain the situation and they were accommodating which I was thankful for. All in all they did a good job with my mani/ pedi and were friendly!

Firstly I was booked in with Alba but had someone else so can't really review her. The service I did receive I am very unhappy with. I've tried to contact the salon but have been unable to get in touch with someone today. I had a gel manicure, my nails haven't been painted to the ends, they looked chipped. The colour is uneven and looks like it needs another coat. My nails and cuticles were filed down so harshly using an electronic file before painting that they actually hurt.
