Always extremely happy with my nails here but unfortunately this visit wasn't so great. I found the filing painful and it just wasn't of the standard of the other technicians

Found the manicure to be on the rough side and it was a little painful at times. I had to stop her quite a few times because she was filing or cutting into my skin which has left my fingers feeling quite sore. She was friendly and happy to adapt, and the gel polish looks good but I wouldn't use her again.
