Once again, a great experience at Tila Nails. Nicoleta was thorough and very efficient. I actually arrived late but they did everything they could to ensure that I got the same standard of treatment as if we had the full time (which I really appreciated)!

Nails are gorgeous as always. Only thing is that the time allocated for nail art is not enough. There’s appointments back to back and the nail techs are always running late (through no fault of their own). There needs to be more time given to the nail art side of services and some time in-between to clean the area. Every time I’ve come recently, I’m seen later than my appointment time and whilst my appointment is still taking place, the next customer comes and ends up having to wait.

Always extremely happy with my nails here but unfortunately this visit wasn't so great. I found the filing painful and it just wasn't of the standard of the other technicians
