First time I was really impressed with the quality of service, however the second time I went the service was rushed and quality of the final result (I got shellac nails) was very poor (no attention to details). I am very disappointed.

My nails look absolutely gorgeous and I had a brilliant treatment at my first appointment, even though my cuticles took a butchering and are still healing. My pedicure, despite being relaxing, got ruined because the nail polish wasn’t dry and I was sent home by the technician before it was dry. Which was a total disappointment and spoiled the overall experience. I had to take the ruined nail polish off, because I didn’t hear back from them about fixing it til the next morning.
