Overall the staff were rude and had a lot of attitude; they rushed my appointment, talked about bad reviews from previous clients in front of me and proceeded to laugh about these clients and were laughing about how they are all sick and coughing all over the place. Furthermore, they overbooked and rushed my appointment only to not do the nail art or colour I asked for AND did a shoddy job at it with lots of smudges. No need to say I will never be going again.
