Alba was super friendly and helpful. I had a bad experience with one of the top treatwell nail bars so i was slightly apprehensive. But really glad i picked this place to do my nails. They came out absolutely beautiful! Thank you Alba😊

Had to wait 30 mins for my appointment, no one came to check on me and there was no apology. The nail technician (not sure of her name) filed my nails right down to the bottom, not the shape or length I asked for. She was also on her phone texting / sending voice notes. I asked for a French manicure colour which she said they didn’t have even though I’ve had it before. In the end Alba took over and painted my nails, which she did a good job of however the overall experience was not good.

The most painful manicure I have ever had, 7 of my nail beds were bleeding. She gave me a shellac manicure even though I had booked for a regular manicure and didn’t explain that she was doing shellac even though I was confused at every step, and kept asking her why I had to put my hands under UV light (I’ve never had shellac before). The fact that she hadn’t even read what I booked in for and took no care to provide a pain free treatment was completely unacceptable
