FYI I was not allowed to do a French manicure with normal nail polish and this was not specified at the time of the booking

Alba was unkind and unlwecoming. Not the experience you want when paying to have someone touch you. I did arrive late to my appointment, however i had 25 minutes remaining. Alba did not use that time, and instead walked out for the last 10 minutes.
