She didn't remove the gel polish properly. She just tried removing with a nail tool. No acetone or anything. Therapist was nice enough but it wasn't a good job. I have damaged nails even now after weeks.

I really like it at Tila Nails but it looks like the base layer hasn’t been totally removed so my nails look a bit messy which is a shame. They usually put a strengthener on too which was a nice touch but that didn’t happen this time. Still good though and great value
