I had to move around my other commitments so I could align my availability with a specific technician only to arrive at the appointment to a different technician. There was NO prior communication about the change and the inconvenience of moving things around in my life wasn’t worth it. I did share this feedback privately via their business account on WhatsApp but got no response back.
