My usual nail tech had left so I was given someone new. My French manicure took 1hr 45mins (unbelievably long!) and two of the nails were chipped within 72 hours, the rest are uneven. It’s even more of a shame as I’d gotten them done to be a bridesmaid. Such a disappointing experience.

I've been to Tila 2 years. I had Gigi. She has great people skills... this wasn't the finish expectwd. Curing the gel was excruciatingly painful and burned. I'm seriously worried about damage to the nail. it took over 1 hour making me late to mt show
