The nail technician burnt my hand a couple of times with the electric nail file. I have not had this happen in previous salons. I understand that a mistake can occur but it did happen a few times to the the extent that I had to pull my hand away.
I also expected to have my nails removed using foils. I have since looked up this process of removing shellac nails with an electric nail file and it is considered to be a little outdated due to the excessive damage it can do to the natural nail.
