Having messaged on instagram to check if Tila could do the nail art I wanted before I booked, I turned up and they said they couldn't do the design I wanted so I had to completely change the design. I know this wasn't my nail artist's fault but pretty disappointing when I'd booked with them for this reason. My cuticles have been destroyed from the treatment, they bled afterwards and the skin around them is peeling now. Other than this it was a fine experience and Gisi was pleasant and thorough

Got nails done yesterday and one of the nails has chipped already :( I understand it’s rather focused on time efficiency and affordability but they need to consult customers wants before they start offering services.
