This review is related to the experience I had with the staff member doing my treatment and not the general staff team or quality of treatment. I found the staff member extremely rude, she continually made remarks about the thiness of my eyebrows and patchy hair regrowth. She even went as far to say that they aren't the worst she has seen but.... and she had done her best and they look ok but wishes she could have done more! Rounded off by making me bleed a little and giving me a lecture on moisturizing whilst not putting any on my eyebrows post treatment? Not the pampering experience I hoped for at all on the way home from work. Annoyingly when I paid in cash they had no change! So had to pay by card. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the service received and would not return.
