The lady who was supposed to assist me was late with another appointment, after that a simple gel manicure took an hour and a half the gel was not applied properly. Instead of fine layers it was applied in very thick ones. Which of course wouldn’t dry on the lamp. Another lady had to step in to solve the situation. This treatment was done two days ago and it’s already chipped. Never before this has happened in other places. I can’t understand why they didn’t even offer a refund. I am afraid I would not be going back again.
