Great wax however was having both leg and hollywood bikini and another member of staff just opened the door without knocking to collect something she needed. I am sat with no knickers on and a towel hardly covering me and the door opens out to the main waiting room. The lovely lady doing my wax was great, surprised and apologetic on behalf of her colleague (who i think is the boss) however there wasnt even an apology from said memeber of staff herself. I was on edge for the remainder of the wax is didnt know if the door would fling open again. service is usually great in here but couldnt believe this happened and that it wasn't even acknowledged by the member of staff during or after the incident.

Best Hollywood hot wax I've had in a long time! Sam was chatty, experienced and explained everything well. Well worth booking Sam. Staff were friendly from the moment I walked through the door. Would deffo recommend.
