I booked after a recommendation of the new keynsham salon. The Staff were lovely, friendly and experienced. Unfortunately I was burnt on my lip wax, with no explanation other than “you must tell me if the wax was too hot” . I was a little taken aback by that response as I have had this treatment for many years and have never been burnt. I go to a salon for a professional treatment, not one that blames the customer for not speaking up when the wax is too hot. The eyelash extensions were good value however the glue was too strong and my eyes were bloodshot for 5 days after. Again I have had extensions for three years in the past and am well aware of the after care needed.
My gel nails and eyebrows were great. I am so disappointed that I had to write this less than good review but I have to be honest.

A lovely salon and very friendly staff! Jane took the time to explain to me what would happen before the facial and at each step of the process. Felt very relaxed. Will definitely be back
