Love the ambience, the gel colour area was slightly untidy and some of the colours had been used a lot. Could do with a bit of a revamp. The beautician herself was amazing. Loved the treatment on my nails and how she did my brows and lashes.

My therapist Shayna is a very pleasant girl but the treatment was not carried out as well as the last time by her. She went over the same areas several times and I felt she was lifting the wax when pulling off which was not only more painful but has resulted in the hairs breaking off and starting to grow back sooner. Such a shame as the last wax I had was brilliant and lasted a long time. I hope next time it will be better. Being a retired therapist I can tell what’s happening, however will return as the salon is convenient for me and parking is not too difficult and I like Shayna.
