The therapist was good but v. disappointed with the overall experience. Treatment was supposed to be 55 mins. By the time i’d completed forms and got undressed, massage started just after 9.10 and finished just after 9.50 so was almost 15 mins short. I can only assume they had another appointment at 10 and were trying to squeeze something else in by cutting my treatment short! Not fair when you’ve paid full price. Also room quite chilly and ‘relaxing music’ was far too loud. Not good overall
